In this fast and busy world, it is important to prioritize self-care and your mental health. Self-care should be non-negotiable within your daily routine. It helps to prevent burnout, increase resilience, and support long-term happiness by allowing us to recharge and create balance within our lives. Self-care can include rest, movement, connection, and creativity. Below are some different suggestions for self-care activities that always help.
- Take a daily walk that helps to increase vitamin D and boost our mood!
- Visit a farmers’ market on a Saturday to explore local flavors and gather fresh produce.
- Get some fresh air and movement, kayaking or paddleboarding.
